Our story
We started with a simple frustration: tasks scattered across sticky notes, three different apps, and a mental list that leaked like a sieve. Every "productivity suite" we tried wanted us to set up projects, tags, filters, and integrations before we could capture a single thought.
PocketPrompt Tasks flips that. You open the app, type what you need to do, and close it. That's the happy path. Everything else — lists, reminders, sync — layers on gently, when you need it.
We believe the best task manager is the one you actually use. That means it has to be fast enough for a passing thought, reliable enough for an important deadline, and calm enough that opening it doesn't add to your stress.
